“But they may not agree”
“Oh! We thought you are the leader”
“But we have a commitment – a cause”

“We represent the civil society. We have our space”.
“Yes the World Bank says so and so do the State Department and the EU.”
“We are not beholden to them”.
“True, but they pay your bill and tell us not to kick your ass”.

We are not bothered about your conscience.
We have your ass and that is what matters”.
