If you’re not afraid of melody, and you believe music can be as epic and uplifting as Wagner -- then Kepler. Their origins. Ottawa. Music reconfigured.

Upper Canada Fight Song. Music that vibrates the leaf and the twilight. A hymn to life. A quiet revolt against whatever we have been, where between the elegant restraint and its opposite there is only the longing -- carving the contours and cadence of the reinvented crescendo.

Their first full-length record, entitled Fuck Fight Fail was released in 2000 on CD by New Jersey's Troubleman Unlimited. The CD peaked at #9 on Chart Magazine's Canadian College Radio (February 2001), and #83 on the U.S. College Music Journal Top 100, (January 2001). Their music was played regularly on Canada's CBC RadioBrave New Waves program.

Kepler's new CD is called Missionless Days, recorded between March and November 2001.
